Soap Noodles Exporter & Supplier from India
Soap noodles are small pellets of dried, saponified fat and oil, used as the base material for making toilet, laundry and other bar soaps. They are graded by the ratio of palm oil to palm kernel oil and by Total Fatty Matter (TFM). GoodBiz Hygiene sources soap noodles from vetted Indian manufacturers for export to soap makers and distributors.

Product overview
Soap noodles are the starting material for most solid soap made around the world. Fats and oils are saponified, dried and extruded into noodles, which soap makers then mix with fragrance, colour, titanium dioxide and other additives, mill, plod and stamp into finished bars. Buying noodles lets a soap maker skip the capital-heavy saponification step and focus on finishing and branding.
GoodBiz Hygiene, a merchant exporter from India and a GoodBiz Global company, sources soap noodles from vetted Indian oleochemical producers. We do not make the noodles ourselves. We source them from vetted Indian manufacturers, confirm the grade against your requirement and manage documentation and shipping as a single point of contact.
Grades and specifications
Quality is defined mainly by the fatty blend and Total Fatty Matter. The 80:20 palm to palm kernel (PKO) blend is the standard choice for toilet and bath soap, giving a firm bar with good wear. The 70:30 blend adds more palm kernel oil and gives quicker lather, which many buyers prefer for premium or fast-lathering positioning. Economy grades with lower TFM are used for laundry and utility bars where price matters more than skin feel.
Figures shown in the specification table are typical values and are confirmed on the technical data sheet for your order. A certificate of analysis (COA) per batch can be requested. Moisture is the key figure to watch, because it affects milling, bar hardness and weight.
Packaging for export
Soap noodles go into 25 kg or 50 kg woven polypropylene or HDPE bags with an inner liner, palletised and stretch-wrapped. A 20 ft container holds around 18 to 20 tonnes. The liner keeps moisture in or out, which protects the moisture figure that soap makers rely on. Jumbo bags can be arranged for larger orders.
Who buys soap noodles
Typical buyers are soap manufacturers who finish their own bars, contract soap packers, and distributors who supply many small factories in one region. If you are building a product range, soap noodles pair naturally with surfactants such as LABSA and SLES, and with finished bars for resale.
Why source through GoodBiz Hygiene
Soap makers buy noodles on fatty-matter ratio, moisture and colour, and a small shift in any of these changes their finished bar. GoodBiz Hygiene can obtain a sample and a certificate of analysis for trial milling before you place a container order. FOB, CIF and CFR are available; payment terms are agreed per order (T/T or LC). Shipments leave from major Indian ports. The HSN code shown is the 6-digit level, and the full 8-digit ITC-HS code is confirmed for each order. Tell us your palm to palm kernel ratio, TFM target and monthly tonnage and we will return a quotation.
The TFM of the noodles sets the grade of the finished bar, as our guide to bath soap grades and TFM explains. LABSA and SLES for detergent making are in the same industrial and raw materials range.

Straight answers.
What is the difference between 80:20 and 70:30 soap noodles?
The numbers show the palm oil to palm kernel oil (PKO) ratio. 80:20 gives a harder, longer-lasting bar at a lower cost, while 70:30 has more palm kernel oil, which gives faster lather and a softer feel. Many soap makers blend the two to match their market.
Buyer FAQ
What TFM should I choose?
Toilet soap normally uses noodles of about 76-78% TFM, while laundry bars often use economy noodles of lower TFM. The exact grade is confirmed against your finished bar target before the order is placed.
Buyer FAQ
Which packing do you offer?
Noodles are packed in 25 kg or 50 kg bags with an inner liner to protect against moisture, stacked on pallets and stretch-wrapped. Approximate container loads are shared with each quotation.
Buyer FAQ
Is a sample available before a full container?
Samples can usually be arranged so your team can test milling, lather and colour. Sample quantity, courier cost and timing are confirmed when you send your requirement.
Buyer FAQ
How should soap noodles be stored?
Keep bags sealed, off the floor, in a cool and dry store away from sunlight. Noodles can absorb or lose moisture, which affects processing, so use opened bags promptly.
